Within the UK

I post using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

I do not add extra postage charges for Highlands and Island ! I post from a region which is often overcharged for postage. It annoys me that I can post from here to anywhere in "Mainland UK" at a standard rate but if I order from a lot of companies based in " Mainland UK" I can be charged double postage because my post code is classed as " Highlands and Islands"

Delivery Times: Generally Parcels arrive within 1-2 days of postage but please be aware that sometimes this may be up to 3 days.

International Postage:

At present I am not posting to the EU or USA

Please contact me if you require delivery to any other countries.

At present ( April 2025) I am only posting within the UK as standard ,however, if you would like to order from me and live outside the EU or USA please contact me for a postage quote.

Unfortunately due to the recent changes (GPSR) regarding sending items to the EU it is not financial possible for me to post to EU countries, including Northen Ireland. Hopefully, the there will be clearer guidelines for small business in the near future.

With the recent introduction of Tariffs by the US it is no longer financially viable to sell to the US

I use Royal Mail Tracked 24 - this allows your parcel to be tracked throughout its journey. On delivery, your Postman will leave it in a safe place and take a photo as proof of delivery. For most people this system works well.

However, if you do not have a safe enough place for your post to be left you can provide a delivery address that is more appropriate or request a "Signed For" service.( This may incur an addition Postage cost)

Please contact me if your parcel has not arrived as expected.

I will always send out a Dispatch Email when I have posted your item.

I post all my items via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This allows the parcel to be tracked throughout its journey. Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day, but delivery can take up to 2 working days.

While most of my parcel arrive well within the 2 days, at certain times of the year they may be delayed at my end due to inclement weather (snow!)

If however your item has not arrived after 4 working days please let me know and I will endeavour to trace it.

In the unfortunate situation where a parcel is damaged in transit please contact me immediately to discuss how to move forward with either a repair, refund or replacement.
